Mueller News Austin Texas
This spring, six homebuilders will begin construction on a new phase of 375 homes at Mueller, including the debut of a ninth home type, the “paseo row home.” The new residential homes will be located along Berkman Drive between Zach Scott and Philomena Street. David Weekley Homes will introduce “paseo row homes” which resemble compact two and three story townhouses, built in groups of four with a paseo walkway in between each. The new residential section will also feature popular home types including yard homes, Mueller Houses, traditional row homes, town green row homes and courtyard row homes from CalAtlantic Homes, Centerra Homes, David Weekley Homes, Homes by Avi, The Muskin Company and Wes Peoples Homes. Like previous residential sections at Mueller, this collection of homes will include a number of income-qualifying homes as part of the Mueller Affordable Homes Program. Construction will be completed in two phases, with the first move-ins expected this summer. - See more at: http://www.muelleraustin.com/news/journal/mueller-welcomes-new-home-type-new-neighbors-in-latest-residential-section/#sthash.jXE99S5z.dpuf
